Upcoming Dates

This is the first of three 30-hour courses required to obtain your Minnesota real estate license.  In Course I you will learn the basics, the principles and the language of real estate.  You will get the facts you need to pass the Minnesota Real Estate Exam, as well as lay an important foundation to last your entire career.  Because the material in Course I is highly concentrated, we suggest you obtain your textbook, Principles of Minnesota Real Estate, to begin reading in advance.

Principles of Minnesota Real Estate Audio Review is now available on audio cassette or CD. The key points of Principles of Minnesota Real Estate, the comprehensive text for Course I, are reviewed unit-by-unit. It also includes verbal quizzes to help you remember. Course I is offered in our St. Paul, Plymouth and Bloomington classrooms on an on-going basis throughout the year.  We have weekday, weekend and evening classes for convenient scheduling.  The weekday classes run Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm in most cases.  Weekend classes are comprised of two consecutive weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  Evening courses run from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks.   Please see the course schedule listed below for starting dates and locations.
