General Information

Check-in begins 45 minutes before class. Our service representatives will assist with your registration and give you your workbook. By paying in advance, your registration will go even more quickly. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water will be available at each location.

Courses must be attended in their entirety. It is important that you arrive on time and stay for the entire class in order to receive credit. Minnesota rules require that we monitor attendance and do not allow us to issue credit for less than the approved number of hours.

Dress in comfortable, casual clothing. We also recommend dressing in layers so that you can maintain your personal comfort.

Cancellation and refund policy. Advance registration and payment is required. If for any reason you are unable to attend, simply contact us within one year and we'll gladly arrange to reschedule your class, credit your payment towards a different course, or refund your tuition. When applicable, course materials must be returned to receive a full credit or refund.

Parking. Each Kaplan Professional Schools location has ample free parking.

Hotel Accommodations. There are convenient hotel options surrounding each of the Kaplan Professional Schools classrooms. Click here to view a list of hotel names, phone numbers and rate information.

Messages. There are no provisions for taking messages during class. Class will only be interrupted for a family emergency.

Pagers, mobile phones, and laptop computers. As a courtesy to others, pagers and mobile phones must be silenced during class. Laptop computers must be turned off.

Tape or video recording. Tape or video recording is prohibited. All rights are reserved by Kaplan Professional Schools.

How do I pay for courses? Acceptable payment forms include VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash or check payable to Kaplan Professional Schools

The KAPLAN Guarantee. If you find yourself in a course that does not meet your needs, for any reason, simply head for the door. We are pleased to find an alternate course for you at no charge, or if you prefer, refund your full tuition. We're not happy until you are!
