If you ever take a Kaplan Professional Schools course that does not fit your needs, for any reason, your full tuition is refunded, period! Is it possible to schedule private classes with Kaplan Professional Schools for my own company's employees?There are many computer training options available at Kaplan Professional Schools. In addition to the general seating courses in our schedule, we also develop courses to meet individual corporate requirements. As a result, your employees could take one of our scheduled classes or a class developed specifically for your company. Either way, the Kaplan Professional Schools instructors, facilities, and pricing cannot be matched.If I have to cancel my registration, will I receive a refund?To cancel your registration and receive a full tuition refund, you must call Kaplan Professional Schools at least 4 days prior to the course. If you cancel your registration less than 4 days prior to the course your tuition will be refunded less a $50 enrollment charge. Failure to cancel before the day of class will result in forfeiture of the entire tuition.Can I retake a class without charge?You may take a free "refresher" course within one year of the date you first attended a regularly scheduled course. Simply register and remember to bring your original course book with you to class.
